Our Shipping Policy
US Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping within the domestic United States on orders that total $200 or more. For orders under $200, a $10 flat rate fee is applied.
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Seattle, Washington, typically via USPS mail. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation will be sent to you (with a tracking number, if applicable) and you will receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. We will contact you promptly if there are any issues or delays with your order.
In the case of a return, original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Complimentary Gift Wrapping
Ordering a gift? That’s so sweet! Please let us know in the order comments if your order is a gift in addition to the shipping address of the recipient. We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping!

Our Return Policy
Endless Knot carries an assortment of unique merchandise in limited quantities. We sell through styles quickly and refresh our selection regularly. With that in mind, we ask for your understanding when it comes to our return policy. We do offer returns for refunds on purchases made online because we understand you can’t assure fit and quality when shopping online until your order arrives at your door. Please respect our prompt return policy and help us keep our merchandise fresh and relevant!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund to the original method of payment. We accept returns on full-priced, unworn merchandise with original tags and packaging intact. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, all items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to be issued a Return Authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 2 business days of receiving your Return Authorization to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Once the returned merchandise is received, it is inspected and upon approval exchanges and refunds are processed within 5 business days. You will receive an emailed confirmation once your exchange or refund is processed.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements; in this case, your package will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for full-priced merchandise returned to the shop within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags and packaging intact. We do not offer refunds on purchases made or returned in-store.
All items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
